Now Hiring - Home Buyer (Sales Representative) in Blue Springs, MO

We Buy Ugly Houses is seeking an Off-Market Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to buy houses directly from sellers for investment purposes. We buy properties not on the open market for a discount with intention to remodel and sell for a profit or remodel and hold these houses for rental purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales, and a proven track record of success in previous sales and or customer service jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Field inbound phone calls and internet inquiries from sales prospects
• Maintain a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with up to date notes and status changes
• Keep consistent communication with all prospects through a follow up system
• Set in person appointments to meet with homeowners and discuss buying their property
• Source and buy off-market properties for investment purposes
• Negotiate directly with homeowners to secure favorable purchase terms
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
• Build and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate industry
• Provide excellent customer service to sellers throughout the purchasing process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or related field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and financing options (preferred)
• The willingness to work extended hours

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $100,000-$200,000, depending on experience and performance. The compensation package includes base salary, commission, and future bonuses based on the number and quality of properties purchased. Additionally, we offer advice, guidance and hands on assistance with becoming a real estate investor and creating a retirement for yourself through buying and holding properties.
